Long Term Home Health is designed to provide the chronically ailing or disables patient with the opportunity to receive necessary medical care in the home instead of in a nursing facility. We will work durectly with the patient's physician to provide all necessary medical care in the comfort of your home.

Our Long Term Care program allows patients to maintain their independence and remain a part of their communities. The programs are designed to provide each patient with all necessary medical intervention without the impersonal feel of a nursing facility.

Long Term Services include, but are not limited to: Rehabilitation Therapy, Private Care and Pediatric Care.
